Sri Express Refund and Replacement Policy

Refund Policy: At Sri Express, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund or exchange the product for another one, whether it is similar or not, within 48 hours of purchase. Your refund amount will be transferred to your same Bank Account (for Card Payment / Bank Transfer) or your requested Bank Account (for COD)

Replacement Policy: You can replace a product within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions:

1. Any product you return or replace must be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
2. For hygiene and safety reasons, any used beauty or hygiene products are not eligible for replacement.
