All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR/RS) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. SRIEXPRESS.LK reserves the right to correct any errors and refuse or cancel orders if necessary.

Due to human error and other factors, we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links, and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete, or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our Website is labeled with an incorrect price due to a typographical, informational, technical, or other error, SRIEXPRESS.LKshall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct, and/or remove the inaccurate information.

SHIPPING METHODS

·  All orders may require 24 hours processing time before shipping.

·  No deliveries will be made on Special Holydays.

·  SRIEXPRESS.LK does not guarantee same-day shipping.

·  Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

ORDERS

• Placing An Order: Orders can be placed online or by telephone. Ensure all personal data is accurate before submitting.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours if items are in stock.
• Order Acceptance Policy: Order confirmation does not signify acceptance. SRIEXPRESS.LK may accept or decline orders at any time.

• Change Orders: Changes may be requested before an order is processed and charged.
• Cancel Orders: Orders can be cancelled before processing and Delivery.

PAYMENT

SRIEXPRESS.LK accepts COD (“Cash on Delivery”) and Online (Visa, Debit, Master, Credit) Card Payment within Sri Lanka and outside of Country. We implement security measures to protect transactions but are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access.

SRIEXPRESS.LK reserves the right to refuse a delivery or honor an order from a Customer who has not paid part or the totality of a previous order or with whom a litigious dispute is in progress. SRIEXPRESS.LK also reserves the right to take any necessary steps, including legal action, in the case of outstanding or non-payment of fees by you.

INVOICE

An invoice is included with each delivered order. Digital and hard copies are stored in SRIEXPRESS.LK's database.

SECURITY

We take reasonable precautions to secure payment details. Contact us (hello@sriexpress.lk) with any security concerns.

DISPUTES

Disputes shall be settled through negotiation for 30 days. Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Sri lanka Consumer Affairs Authority.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

SRIEXPRESS.LK's liability is limited to the purchase price of products sold. We are not liable for third-party claims, damages, or service interruptions.

GOVERNING LAW

This User Agreement is governed by Consumer Affairs Authority law. This agreement remains valid even after termination.

CONCLUSION

SRIEXPRESS.LK reserves the right to refuse service, modify, or terminate accounts per these Terms & Conditions.
