  • No refund or exchange for products without damage or technical issues.
  • Refunds only for the actual product price; delivery charges and processing fees are non-refundable.

  • Mobile Phones, Smart Phones:
    • Missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number
    • Missing the manufacturer warranty label
    • Missing parts, box, headphones, or any other accessories from the original box
    • Not satisfying the manufacturer warranty policy
    • Not satisfying the Customer Satisfaction policy

Tablets Standard Return Policy:

  • Return for replacement within: 7 days
  • Return for refund within: 3 days
  • Warranty pick-up and drop-off  free of charge within 7 days for warranty-related issues; delivery charges apply for exchanges.
